Last Friday we went to
Brasa for dinner, and WOW, want an experience.
We've never been there before, and I've never even heard of the place, but I can't wait to go back.
They have this amazing salad bar, which is all you can eat, that could be a meal all by itself. They had 3 different lettuce choices with multiple dressings, seafood salad, pasta salad, potato salad, Mai Mai, mussels...and the list goes on.
When you are ready, you turn over this card they give you to green and out comes all the meats! Beef, pork, chicken, turkey and lamb all served table side, there was about 15 different varieties of meat that came to our table. Along with the meats they give you a side of rice, french fries, fried bananas, and some seasonings for the meat. All the meats are also all you can eat, I was so full when we left there I couldn't breathe!
Pricing for dinner wasn't bad, the meal was $35 a person and we got some drinks and dessert to top of the meal. Certainly isn't a place to go every week, but definitely a place to go for a nice special dinner.
To top of the dining experience Anderson Varejao, from the Cleveland Cavaliers, came into Brasa as we were leaving.
I'm not much of a basketball fan so I didn't get too excited, I did however text everyone I knew that are basketball fans! And well all I can say is WOW is he tall!
